WiR is Women In Red, a group i've been a part of for several years. Simply, it's to write biographies of missing women on wikipedia. Red indicated missing links. They do monthly themes, and the next is on LBT. I am planning to write a couple on LB women, and thought i'd invite others here too. I really hope the focus is not on the T.

This is a link to their crowdsourced list of women who need wiki articles: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Women_in_Red/LBT_Women

Once you've completed an article you can list it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Women_in_Red/Meetup/199

This is great!! Thank you for sharing!

You're very welcome. If you or anyone else has questions or want help let me know. I don't want to connect my wikipedia username to this one, so if it's a specific article feel free to DM me. I've done maybe around 10 articles in the past for women's biographies and it's fairly easy process. I'd say start by finding 5 or more decent sources before committing to one of the subjects. It used to take me around 4 hours to write one, although i used to do it at a library with fast internet and access to a bunch of academic databases.

My university's library is still closed due to covid, unfortunately :( Maybe I will try my city library instead. Thanks for the tip.
