The article presents arguments for gender neutral language as a threat to women's political organisation and free speech.

The message I got today, after having spent hours working on the final draft, reads as follow:

"Thank you for submitting the final draft of your article. We acknowledge and appreciate the effort you invested in writing this article, however, we have decided not to publish it.

We recognize that everyone is entitled to their opinions. Still, we believe that your article lacks empathy for the LGBTQ+ community. While we encourage strong opinions, we do not condone the dismissal of other people’s identities and struggles to exercise their civil liberties.

We hope for your understanding. Thank you for your time and your work."

I wrote about censored cancelled women and I got exactly the same treatment. Please support me by sending a short email to <polemics@da-vienna.at>, letting them know gender critical women deserve to be heard. I have to say here that my editor at this magazine stood up for me and against the censorship. The Board didn't care.

Here is the article, which was to be subject to final editing. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HBe5eF_xqIx06h2eOyjTt3Syr5lNICxfTzfBCv4uWJw/edit?usp=sharing

W O W that was really well written. Loved that bit about Neo-patriarchy - the old "is she a man?" has become "no really, she is a man".
