I'm going to spend this forthcoming year aiming to exclusively read works only by women and predominately about women. This is based on the attitude of Sheila Jeffreys who says she has read mostly women based works for the past 30 pus years.
What would people add to my list so far? I'm aiming for minimum one key text or classic per month plus my normal audiobooks and any additional books i pick up.
I want a list to keep me focused. i love starting books but don't always finish them. This year I'm getting finished! :D

This is coming off the beaten track a bit (excuse the pun) , but Wild by Cheryl Strayed. The portrait she paints of her mother, the bond between mothers and daughters, the beauty of female strength, is so invigorating. Just to let you know, there is a fair bit of grief in the first 70 pages or so.
