I've been going to the gym regularly again after taking a loooong time off with covid and losing a lot of hard won gains. So sad. But today I got back up to a 32.5kg bench. It may not be the biggest bench in the world, but it's mine.

Fell off for a while. Feels good to be back in the game.

Nothing beats the exhaustion of a good workout and having fun. Trying not to go too hard too soon and injure myself, but man, it’s been nice to get back into the swing of things.

Hoping to start going to a climbing gym. I went bouldering a while ago and loved it.

Also maybe dig out my bike? But that depends on the roads, winter biking isn't really my thing.

Sounds like a ton of fun :) . Climbing is a blast and a fantastic workout!

I'm doing Caroline Girvan's Epic II programme and I hope to accomplish every workout this month :D

Was ill for pretty much all of January. I feel like I'm starting from scratch. Just want to get back in the swing of things and back into a routine. Messing around with our new punching bag has been a fun way to start moving again :)
