I'm training up for triathlons I have in June, July and August. Working on a training plan that is not going to get me injured.

Goals:

-Get back on the rocks! I haven't been climbing in awhile and I have a LT goal of being lead certified at my climbing gym before my 29th birthday.

-Yoga w Adrienne 30 day goal

-strength training, I want to feel stronger and take care of my bones while I'm young.

-daily walks, my mental health really suffers when I don't get out and walk atleast a little everyday

I recently bought a home exercise bike and have been aiming to use it for 30 minutes on most days. I've been working from home for years now and not getting much exercise, so it's definitely helping me get healthier in general.

I don't have any specific weight goals. I just want a flat tummy again. 😅

  • Goal: Yoga everyday for May
  • Goal: Gym for an hour and a half at least once a week
  • Proud of: started going back to the gym again. I had a membership that I straight up wasn't using. Last month I made an effort and went at least once a week
