Skyrim Elder Scrolls -- I am an extremely casual gamer, but once I get hooked on something, it's total obsession...unfortunately LOL.

My partner got this for me for Xmas six months ago -- we were at Target picking up some things for his mom and he said, "I'm going to get this for you because I think you'll like it."

I was skeptical because it was an older game, but he insisted that it's held up and the visuals are still pretty good.

WELL. There goes Summer 2021. 😸😸😸

Skyrim is one of my all-time favourites. Just you wait - you'll still be playing it by summer 2025 but then with mods, haha! But I'm thrilled for you that you get to discover it for the first time now, enjoy!

It's AWESOME. Only been five days since I finally started it and I'm totally sucked in.

I love Skyrim. There's so much to explore and so much to mess with, indeed say goodbye to your Summer, hahah!

Mass Effect LE, Control and (as recommended to me) Rimworld

...and a tiny bit of RDR2, can't resist just going for a ride around the world on horseback

Oh I LOVE rimworld! I get to the part where I can give my colony electricity then once it gets too big I get fed up with power outages and stop playing it, then starting a few months later again lol

Heroes of might and magic III. 20 years have passed and I'm still not bored playing it 🀭

Breath of the Wild! I recently set up a 100" projector screen.... games on this thing are so so amazing. Breath of Wild is phenomenal.

I plan to play Red Dead Redemption 2 after I'm done :)

I just started playing Horizon Zero Dawn for the first time.. belatedly I know. (I am borrowing the console as the last one I purchased was a PS2 over a decade ago). Really enjoying playing a female character who isn't sexualized to the nth degree and the gameplay mechanics so far.

I know that the game is probably just making some kind of "primitive superstitious matriarchy bad" statement with my character's post-apocalypse tribe but I like their mountain-goddess and matriarchs anyway.

It's not gonna do that. Not quite the opposite, but there's gonna be a mention that the Nora Tribe was chosen because they were the ones with the best odds to get Aloy into adulthood.

I thought of at more as "dogma bad" rather than "primitive matriarchy bad". I really love Aloy's character design. Can't wait for the sequel!

Currently replaying mass effect and crusader kings 3! Obsessed with CK3 at the moment.

OMG I can't stop playing CK3.

I honestly thought nobody else here would play it considering it's not exactly "feminist", but honestly I love basically murdering everyone in my way until I get to play as my favorite daughter in my Scandinavian Empire Witch Coven.

Just call me High Queen Giera 'the She-bear' of Scandinavia, or my current favorite... Calipha Habiba 'the Gilded Snake' of the Isbaniyya Empire.

My favorite part is the insane shit the game makes me say. Complaining to my friends like, "I have to kill two more of my kids before I die." Wait, that's actually not that bad compared to what else I've said...

The "shit crusader kings says" subreddit is hilarious.

Damn CK3 doesn’t work on my Mac so I mostly still play CK2. Reforming pagan religions to enatic clans is my current mission

I love doing that. Love it.

I honestly didn't realize so many other women played it. The available mods make it seem like only creepy incest obsessed weaboos play it.

I mean, it was really hard to find anyone else who played CK2 for me. The learning curve is just a straight line forever going up, the game is... complicated.

I miss the depth of events that CK2 had. 3 is visually a lot of fun (only a matter of time before modders start porting all the typical old peggy sims 2 hair into it) but we're still waiting on more events.

Raft! It's an interesting and relaxing game that lets you play a female character, building a raft and surviving on it in a post-apocalyptical water world type future.

I love raft but I had to install a mod to make the shark not eat the raft. It's an ok mechanic for the first hour or two of the game but I feel like it should stop once you reached the oil platform or whatever it is. It's just plain annoying after that. With your raft getting larger and larger over time there is just no way to defend it against the shark anymore.

Dragon Age Inquisition. I've played it before but, I just get tired of repetitive "go all over hell and tarnation" quests--DAII was much better about that. So I installed Skip Fights and it's at least less "kill yet more red templars" than my first go 'round.

I enjoy all the DA games but the open world filled with sidequests with no purpose other than busywork makes Inquisition kind of a slog to replay.

I gave up during that first long haul around the map collecting what seemed like 2 billion fucking shards or whatever. My friends kept saying, just wait it gets really good!

If it takes a game 30 hours before it "gets good" it's most decisively not a good game.

Just like FFXIII.

Tbh Ive played through the main story a few times and I don't think I've ever completed any of the shard/ocularum sidequests lmao

Definitely a lot of flaws in all the games but it's my favourite game series of all time! I collect the books and comics too lmao

If you have a similarly-named OnlyFans, I am surprised that you're here.

That said, I kind of want to read the books/comics! There's so many incredibly interesting characters.

Nope, not me. I just like Twin Peaks and thought it was a fun wordplay on the peak trans thing. That really sucks, I guess I better come up with a new name. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm really just a Simmer. I play generations and have created a matriarchal society where my female Sims have all sorts of adventures and aspirations and their goals and their partners (male and female) support them unreservedly. Children are raised collectively by both elder family members and the kids' parents as well as extended family members (if they're still in the home). It's basically the world as I wish it could be.

That sounds amazing! I always get bored of Sims too quickly but I love the idea of you building a little society there.

Summer in Mara on Switch - highly recommend it if you're into farming games, it's so nice although the graphics aren't amazing so I prefer to play it on handheld. Beautiful light, set in a summery archipelago. You play as a girl and at least half of the main characters are women. Very good storyline and character development, really compelling and sweet. Shame that it includes "secret" messages from kickstarter backers and one of them said "Trans rights", :sideeye: . Other than that, highly enjoyable. Got it for 10 euros at a Nintendo e-shop sale. It also exists for PC.
