I can't bear to read or listen to this yet. I really enjoy the Ezra Klein show. I appreciate his willingness to explore unpopular positions, so I am very disappointed he chose a gender theorist and, based on her bio and appearance, an enby, as a guest for his first outing discussing the gender hairball. Better than Matt Walsh, at least, I guess.

Ugh, not looking good based on the description. Sad because I really enjoyed his book "Why We're Polarized" (though his narration is terrible).

It's not complicated! It's just a set of bullshit chains to put on women that everyone sane resents :)

The quote in the title would put me right off even if I watched podcasts. Sex stereotypes complicated for everyone? I’m an adult female human, therefore a woman, and whatever stereotypes or behaviours or interests I have are completely irrelevant to that. Complicated my arse.
