And the complete lack of funding for CAHMS, which might address the true issues these children have instead of just sending them off to England--if that's what is happening. It is just the mental health service is so poorly funded, I can just see someone deciding to just deal with the issue by exporting the problem, like we have with so many of ours in the past.
