It was a three week old comment too. Anyone else been banned for saying equally inoffensive things (but happened to be related to transactivism in any way..)? But allows rape subreddits and subs dedicated to abusing women.

What a cesspit.

Reddit has made it clear that “transwomen” are a protected class on the site, so I’m not surprised.

Not too long ago they were shielding a known pedophile TIM.

[–] XXathlete 50 points (+50|-0)

Proving our point that Transwomen aren't women, because women definitively aren't a protected class on reddit.

[–] BlessThe_TERFs 3 points (+3|-0) Edited

Literally not even that, I pointed out that puberty blockers were detrimental because they didn’t leave enough skin to make a vagina for that jazz kid and I still got blocked lmao

[–] crispycherrypie 2 points (+2|-0)

How dare you care about the well-being of children in a way they disagree with!

[–] suupersami 57 points (+57|-0)

Yup, they hire pedo admins but staring a basic, inoffensive fact is a step too far.

[–] iamovarit 45 points (+45|-0)

You must have hurt the TIM mods feelings haha. Most mods of reddit are woman hating TRAs. They can’t face reality, most trans “women” were ugly men that ended up being uglier after transition. They stick out like sore thumbs

[–] Riothamus 19 points (+19|-0) Edited

I know, right! Just about every legit prettyboy who "transitions" ends up as a YouTuber.

The homely dudes either work in IT or leech off of others.

[–] Womancup 4 points (+4|-0)

It was probably an admin from the anti evil operation. It could have been a mod but I think an admin is more likely

[–] Lilim 40 points (+40|-0)

Being banned from Reddit should be considered a badge of honour at this point.

[–] Inannani 2 points (+2|-0)

Yeah, I'm kicked off two subreddits so far.. I actually don't mind, as it'll give me more time for other stuff. Less time on Reddit = more time for living.

[–] yikesforever 37 points (+37|-0)

I asked what rights do trans people not have and got banned from embroidery, lmao. Also got banned from the taylor swift subreddit for saying something about jameela jamil supporting the patriarchy.

[–] kalina 34 points (+34|-0)

I wasn't banned totally, but I got kicked out of actuallesbians and irl_lgbt for saying I wouldn't date trans women and I don't consider trans women lesbians

[–] redawn 5 points (+5|-0)

i got banned from actual too...i was shocked.

[–] kalina 2 points (+2|-0)

yeah, mind you, it wasn't even like i just said this unprompted or to annoy people, it was literally a wannabe TIM asking if lesbians would potentially date him if he transitions - bc of course he'd be a 'transbian'... everyone had already done their 'OMG YES OF COURSE' spiel so I just wrote personally no i wouldn't, and then some other TIM started to interrogate me why not, what's the problem, what about a fully transitioned fully passing trans woman etc.. to which i pretty much just wrote biology is what matters to me and i dont think a trans woman could ever totally pass. All polite, no name calling etc and yet I was banned an hour or so later (with the ban message saying 'TERF alert'), the whole thread was nuked...

When I was on Reddit, I considered these "bait posts". They're trying to identify and remove real feminists from Reddit. These "questions" and "discussions", are made with the intention of causing offense and getting community support after the mean lesbians say mean things.

[–] redawn 0 points (+0|-0)

the inner life is the part they don't get...i am not bi because i can't get enough of both sets of parts.

[–] sloth92875257 4 points (+4|-0)

Comes to something when saying "I don't consider" instead of "men are not lesbians" and still get banned.

[–] yesisaiditxx 28 points (+28|-0)

That’s also just an opinion that, while brutal, is not abusive or inciting violence. Reddit will allow men to literally comment stuff that’s targeted to a specific person and does seem overly offensive.

For example, I was reading a thread of a girl asking for advice and part of it entailed saying she was insecure about her weight and she thought she had “big bones and extra muscle” and men were like “That height and weight is not muscle. You’re just fat. Like really fat.”

Plus let’s mention the countless incel comments that take every single opportunity to be like LAWYER UP BRO YOUR GIRL IS A WHORE IM SORRY YOU CANT TRUST ANY OF THEM HAHA GIRLS NOWADAYS ARE STUPID SLUTS. And...not only are those people not banned but most of the time the comments stay up!

Reddit is playing favorites clearly and there is no actual standard. Mean and we agree= fair game, truth hurts! Mean and we don’t agree= inciting hatred! It’s blatantly obvious. I personally think none of these comments should get you banned. They’re unpleasant and could cause some people to be poorly influenced, but they aren’t crossing the line yet to me and the trans women don’t pass comment DEFINITELY does not.

[–] SawItComing 4 points (+4|-0)

Oh my god I think I read that thread or one like it, I was on one of the lifting subreddits and a girl was talking about her fat to muscle ratio, which by the way was excellent, and all these dudes were coming on telling her she had too much fat because they were clearly thinking in terms of male fat to muscle ratio. I felt so enraged. Like, women have 40% less musculature than men. What we can chieve in terms of ratios is in a totally different universe. That's why we have sex categories in bodybuilding. Male and female fat to muscle ratios, what women can achieve, is not just different. It is CATEGORICALLY DIFFERENT. BECAUSE BIOLOGY. Oh grrrrrrrr it angers me so much, the denial of biological realism to undermine women.

[–] yesisaiditxx 1 points (+1|-0)

Yeah and they obviously just don’t care about women because if your logic is “trans women don’t pass”= you’re going to make some TiM cry and make people feel some negative way about them then it should obviously also stand that an insecure woman who thinks she’s just “big boned” or somewhat overweight being told she’s extremely fat is doing the exact same harm.

I’m so glad I don’t care about the fitness world because I’ve seen what you’re saying and to me when women do accomplish the standard these men claim they should aspire to they look horrible.

[–] SawItComing 1 points (+2|-1)

Muscular women who've got there naturally look beautiful but if you're referring to the type of women who you see entering bodybuilding competitions who look like a bunch of rocks in a taut leather bag, they've got there by fucking up their female bodies with testosterone and eating disorders and yes they do look horrible.

[–] hedy 28 points (+28|-0)

I don't even know what to say to the notion that visual perception needs to be policed. It's a neutral fact, most don't pass. You could view that as a matter of injustice/a call for free access to extensive bone remodelling surgery or whatever, if you wanted to. It just is.

[–] SawItComing 4 points (+4|-0)

Well it's like policing pronouns, ie policing how you refer to someone WHEN YOU ARE NOT TALKING TO THEM and the MAY NOT EVEN BE PRESENT, every now and then I like to sit back and let that madness of that sink in.

[–] Turtlefuzz Flairy Godmother 25 points (+25|-0)

I deleted my peddit account in protest of Challenor (before he was "fired", still not convinced of that). But before I deleted it, my account got a warning because in a month-old comment, I called an abusive TIM husband "he". Fuck peddit.

[–] pennygadget 11 points (+11|-0)

I deleted my peddit account in protest of Challenor (before he was "fired", still not convinced of that).

I'm not convinced either. I'd place money on him still operating under a new username (and that Reddit only pretended to fire him to make the controversy go away)

[–] Mikkal 5 points (+5|-0)

They never said he was fired, just "no longer employeed" - he may have flounced.

[–] VirginiaW 4 points (+4|-0)

I think Aimee Challoner is still on Reddit too. Even if they fired him he’s still modding all the subs he ever did. I wonder how many women admins there are on Reddit?

[–] sloth92875257 2 points (+2|-0)

It's the same with wikipedia - how many contributors are female?

[–] elscat [OP] 19 points (+19|-0)

My other account was suspended for “adult human female too” I’m tempted to go on it and just burn out full terf.

[–] pennygadget 8 points (+8|-0)

Go out in a TERFy blaze of glory!! I'm considering that as well!

[–] elscat [OP] 6 points (+6|-0)

We should arrange a big old fashioned terf-out sometime!

[–] BogHag 1 points (+1|-0)

lol. A genuine brigade for once. So often subs would claim brigading when the gender critics were part of the community.

[–] BlessThe_TERFs 1 points (+1|-0)

I’m down lol been banned from 4 subreddits in the last 2 weeks. I’m ready for the TERF brigade!

[–] spacykate 10 points (+10|-0)

Another farker! I stay out of trans related threads on Fark because I don't want to get banned and the resident TRAs piss me off so much.

[–] Riothamus 13 points (+13|-0)

I keep TIMs "favorited" in gross colors so I can spot them whenever they post. Without exception their posting style is beyond confrontationally masculine.

[–] spacykate 5 points (+5|-0)

I've started favorting tras in a particular color. There is one who posts all day long in multiple threads. That guy must have zero life. I'm unemployed and staying at home due to social distancing etc and I don't post as much as him.
