I find this pretty shocking. A TIM presenting his own porn as academic work? Has no one written anything about this outside of the short Twitter thread? Shouldn't more people care about this?

is he not even wearing a shirt? you know you're a man when being shirtless while giving a lecture doesn't get your feed instantly turned off

male degeneracy is far , to creative🤮 ive heard about the sissy porn stuff before, but I avoid it because their is enough awful stuff going on in the world. But the fact that academic institutes are effectively brainwashing students and giving money to people to groom students into prostitutions, and now "sissy porn" is so appalling.

I don't know who that is but 1) instantly clocked as male 2) I thought he wasn't wearing a top at first and combined with the subject material I was really disgusted at how much chest was showing, especially if he has moobs. It's a very thin spaghetti top that's nude colored. I'm gonna argue he did this shit on purpose.

Edìt: https://archive.is/JY6Gt Can't seem to capture the video though, but the screenshot below it shows his face.

When are the other faculty going to run this shit out of their midst? And this is where the elite sends their children. Welcome to hell.

The faculty at Princeton has had dealt with libertines before. From the NYT review of an infamous memoir written by former Princeton English Professor Michael Ryan, published in 1995:

Michael Ryan's extraordinarily absorbing and disquieting autobiography, "Secret Life," is a portrait of the artist as a young pervert. From his initial, fateful encounter with a neighborhood child molester who lures him into his "photo studio," the author goes on to vividly re-create the sex he has had with the family pet, a male teacher and female students, as well as with an assortment of other men and women who catch his fancy.

...Mr. Ryan's memoir is oddly without self-criticism. In our secular age, of course, issues of blame and moral judgment have yielded to a more lax form of discourse, which focuses on victimization to the exclusion of other factors. "Secret Life" proves to be a fitting confession for the 90's -- one in which personal accountability is transmuted into something abstract and nonwilled even before the first mea culpa is tendered.

From the LA Times review:

in 1991, [Ryan] set out to visit a friend in upstate New York with the conscious goal of seducing the friend’s 15-year-old daughter. Though he had had persistent fantasies about sex with younger teen-age girls, this was the first time he had set out to seduce a child.

“I knew I could be arrested, her mother would hate me, and her father might kill me,” he writes, “but I did not think for a moment of the emotional damage to the girl, and at no time did I realize that I was about to go molest a child.”

But the turning point had come, literally. He turned back.

...After two of Ryan’s students at Princeton complained about his actions, there were administrative hearings resulting in the sort of paid leave that means get another job.

“The saddest thing to me now is that I believed I had done nothing wrong,” Ryan writes.

This is really a case of Academic Arkham Asylum letting the innmates run amuck.

Princeton was the last Ivy League school to admit women.

I shouldn't be surprised anymore, but somehow I am

Fucking shut the university. If the sociopathic TIMs want to turn it into a misogynistic grooming factory/exhibtionism platform, they can do it without students’ money.
