If you look up his old name, he assaulted a social worker. He bit her, yanked out her hair, wrapped his legs and arms around her while she was driving.

Articles referred to him as a “girl” and “She”.

His abusive childhood is apparently reason to keep releasing him and find him not guilty of various crimes in the past.

I had a pretty abusive childhood, does that mean I get to do whatever I want too? Nah. Bc I’m a woman.

Same, and I can't recall a single instance of a woman getting the abusive childhood excuse. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong

I literally just finished Why Does He Do That? by Lundy Bancroft today and he says that abusive men get so much mileage out of excuses like the difficult childhood and those same things never ever fly for women.

His abusive childhood is apparently reason to keep releasing him and find him not guilty of various crimes in the past.

That's SOP in the Irish "justice" system.

Also if they had a good childhood and never did anything bad before, they get released too.

I've joked many times in the past I'm sure I could rob a bank and just apologise and be released given how often people get away with crime here.

Didn't we just have the Isla Bryan scandal 5 minutes ago? No one learned anything at all?
