  1. -No Kink Shaming! (Okay, we went from no fat shaming which I'm okay with until that turned into treat thin women like the enemy to no kink shaming which is mostly aimed at protecting men that have violent kinks towards women. I think it's my duty to shame them and also shame the handmaidens at this rate)

  2. -I have a trans friend! (Often times used as an excuse to belittle women that stand up against tyranny of sexist men larping as women.) So that's nice but how many women do you know? How many women actually agree with letting men into all female spaces where women don't want to be subjected to a man that could be a threat to women and children?

  • Leaving the list small because there are more just to leave room for comments. Express how you feel about handmaidens and their comments commonly used to excuse hijacking of feminism to turn it all into men's rights activism.

‘TERFs harm both transwomen and cis women because their idea of what a woman is is so constructive and limiting’

See this a lot. It’s just a fantasy. Which side of the divide thinks that performing feminine stereotypes makes you a woman again? It ain’t the terven side

[–] salty-tomorrow 16 points (+16|-0)

Radfem uses a descriptive definition of women; for handmaidens it is prescriptive. Not hard to differentiate which one of those is worse for women...

[–] maypelsyrup 10 points (+10|-0)

They think that calling out TIMs theatrical presentation of women is us saying that they aren't women solely because they aren't doing performative femininity good enough. They also think the same thing when you say that a TIM very obviously looks like a man.

They can't seem to wrap their head around defining women on a biological level instead of stereotypes, so when you do use biological definitions, they can't comprehend that and assume you're just critiquing a TIMs ability to fulfill stereotypes.

Also btw your name is the best I love it so much

Aka they are dumb.

[–] maypelsyrup 1 points (+1|-0)

They're dumb but there's definitely a ""logic"" to their beliefs. It makes no sense and is entirely fallacious, but they do have a flowchart of thoughts.

[–] Wegotthebeat 5 points (+5|-0)

I think they’re confused about what we mean. They hear “biology matters” and think we’re tradfem / Jordan Peterson fans.

[–] [Deleted] 2 points (+2|-0)

There may be a few who are genuinely confused but I think most know better but wilfully misrepresent. It’s like us equating TRAs with the religious right because they both believe in gender roles

[–] EmilyJ 48 points (+48|-0)

Sex work is Empowerment is one of the biggest load of BS that I have heard .

[–] PaperDelusions 16 points (+16|-0)

It empowers men

[–] EmilyJ 9 points (+12|-3)

Nope it empowers nobody . Infact it makes men more and more degenerate and obsessed with pornography . If this continues on healthy relationships with proper intimacy will create to exist . Only a pornified garbage relation will exist .

[–] VeronicaB 19 points (+19|-0)

The fact that it affects them negatively doesn't mean it doesn't "empower" (in the meaning of giving power) them.

[–] BlackCirce 8 points (+9|-1)

Power can harm the powerful. If it couldn't, it wouldn’t be power.

[–] PGTips4Lyfe 8 points (+8|-0)

Just thought of a new reply to that one.

Ask them if it's legal would they bring their daughter or son to work with them on "bring your kid to work" day? Should they watch?

Ask them if they think it should be good for their kid to do a "mommy show and tell" about their work?

Ask them if they think they should introduce themselves to the other kids in the neighborhood whose fathers are probably cheating on their mothers with them?

[–] EmilyJ 1 points (+1|-0)

Most of SWers would say they will have kids quite later after securing the bag .

Also literally my friends say that Onlyfans will be a very normalised way of earning in coming years . I don’t doubt that looking things as of now

[–] PGTips4Lyfe 0 points (+0|-0)

Not sure if you meant to reply to me as it looks like you're quoting someone else but yeah I can see that. But it's going to become a glut and then it will get (hopefully) shut down for pedo shit and trafficking as it always becomes that. (well it already is that anyway.)

  • "You look like such a gorgeous and beautiful woman! You go queen!" Said exclusively to blatantly nonpassing TIMs

  • "I don't understand how women won't accept another woman just because she's trans"

  • "cis, straight, white men always -insert some complaint that men of all races and orientations will do-"

  • "Uhm... would you say 'you aren't a woman' to a BLACK woman? Then why say it to a trans woman?"

  • "I will always try to recognize the huge amount of privilege that comes with being a cis woman"

  • "I wouldn't care at all if there was a naked trans woman in my gym changing rooms. Why the fuck is that your or my business???"

  • "Uhmmm... I'm all for women empowerment.... but this is DEFINITELY TERF-y.... can't support.... yikes" Said about any painting/song/poem celebrating women's bodies, vilified sex organs, and ability to fucking incubate life

  • "so you want only cis girls to be able to play sports... how is that NOT transphobic as fuck?"

  • "NORMALIZE -insert something completely insane and dangerous that shouldn't be normalized whatsoever-"

  • "Us cis women have many things to learn from our trans sisters"

  • "Just say you want trans people to be murdered and commit suicide. That's what you actually want, so just say it" Said if you disagree with anything they say

Wow, you got the whole list! Those are depressing as hell. How can any sane person think like that!

Any use of this jargon: cis, natal, AFAB, transmisogyny, TERF, self-care, gender-affirming -- any of those red flag words

[–] bobo 39 points (+39|-0)

“Women are oppressed because of femininity, not because of biological sex. I know this because when I went from clown levels of makeup to more natural-looking makeup, I was treated better. Therefore I was rewarded for being more masculine and punished for being more feminine. Oh, Susan? We didn’t hire her—she didn’t wear any makeup at all to the interview and we’re client facing so we can’t have that.”

[–] viscerally 7 points (+7|-0)

Also, “women aren’t abused for their gender identity, but their sexual organs! That’s why we should talk about FGM and menatrual health in non-binary terms”.

But then in the next breath: “sexual organs don’t define gender, a penis can be female”

[–] Tired 38 points (+38|-0)

Anything is feminist as long as it is a choice (including BDSM, plastic surgery, porn, etc)

[–] Yemaya 29 points (+29|-0)

I hate how libfems do the performative "misandry." They'll be like I'm a proud misandrist! But then turn around and say TWAW and complain about "terfs." You don't hate men that mjch if you believe they can be a woman simply because they say so and believe they are oppressed because they say they're women.

How they believe a man performing femininity makes him less of threat to women. They let their guard down and then say how it's okay for them to be in our spaces as if all women are okay with it. TIMs are not all homosexuals who have no interest in women. Even if they were they still don't belong in our spaces.

"Patriarchy oppresses men too." Don't care and good job getting bamboozled by men to focus your attention and engery on how patriarchy oppresses them too.

[–] DarthVelma 26 points (+26|-0)

Yeah, every time I hear "patriarchy hurts men too" I think:

a) good, they deserve it for all the hurt they cause women and

b) bullshit, if it hurt them they'd do something about it besides just whine...and then I remember how most of the men I've ever known act when they're hurt or sick and I realize that, no, men don't do something when they're hurt, they expect women to fix it for them

and then I go back to a) they deserve it

[–] rad-sage-fem 21 points (+21|-0)

Blaming literally everything wrong with the world on "white feminism" and "white cis women"!

[–] zuubat 1 points (+1|-0)

Seriously, what is it with woke white women who use the word “white” as an epithet?

[–] seashape 19 points (+19|-0) Edited

Anything that begins 'As a cis woman....'

Also: 'We have to normalise sharing pronouns because if only trans people do it they're easier to spot and they'll be targeted with abuse by evil transphobes!'

[–] WatcherattheGates 19 points (+19|-0)

We need to be kind because they are so oppressed/vulnerable/marginalized. Trans Lives Matter!

[That] never happens or is so rare as to be inconsequential. (With "that" being any threat coming from from the erasure of single sex spaces.)

[–] shveya 18 points (+18|-0)

Their "sex positivity" shtick is annoying because it often revolves around male pleasure and/or flesh selling.

[–] PaperDelusions 22 points (+22|-0)

They never say things like "is ok if she expects to orgasm"

"It's ok to have boundaries"

"It's ok to say if someone sucks"

"It's ok to stop at any time for any reason"

"It's ok to say no to anything and anyone"

That would be sex positivity

[–] CacaoGudem 17 points (+17|-0) Edited

"Some women choose to be ___"

  1. Stay at home moms
  2. Sex workers
  3. Work less to spend more time with kids

The list is probably endless but this is what I can remember rn. I hate how they derail every feminist conversation by saying some women choose it! They completely ignore some women don't choose these and are directly forced into it. Even more privileged women who technically chose it might have been indirectly pressured into it and regret it later.

[–] pennygadget 5 points (+5|-0)

I hate the choice argument because it assumes that every woman's choices are... A) good for them B) not influenced by forces beyond their control.

Nobody who advocates for "every choice is valid" feminism believes that "choice" is an acceptable defense for women to do drugs, abuse their children, choose shitty boyfriends over their kids, etc. So it has no place being used to defend prostitution or any of the other sex-positive crap
