So I've been reading everything posted on the Maya ruling, and it seems to me GC folks need to be thinking about next steps and what those would be.

For example, the ruling talks about how DEI training that takes only a Gender Ideology-accepting approach might open an employer up to litigation for creating a hostile workplace for GC people. So should Sex Matters or another organization create a Gender Critical training that employers could give to protect themselves from such litigation? Could such a GC training actually help re-take some of these captured organizations?

And are there other things that come to mind that could be used to ensure the Maya ruling actually changes things? What are your thoughts?

Women who have lost their jobs should demand them back. Anyone being discriminated against, needs to make a stink now, including students being investigated for being GC. We need to speak now as never before, because I don't know if this will stand for long. But when the next wave of push back from the TRAs come, we need to have taken half their fan base.

I agree with this. I think our next step is to encourage GC voices to speak up at universities, work, home etc. The law is on our side. And l know there is more of us than them. If a GC voice had spoken up in my lectures 3 years ago l would have had the courage to stand up too. We need to attack their Ace card, which has been to silence people & threats of losing your job etc. In my country people are very vocal against the LGBTQ++ for their doxxing of people. As such people have started getting lgbtq++ voices that harass people to be fired. What's also helped us here is that class issues are very vast & majority of TRAs are wealthy or upper middle class. So working class people band together and use their tactics against them & they support each other when there's an attempted doxxing of someone they like. If we take the fear factor away and empower GC voices to speak out we will see massive change. We need to challenge this ideology everywhere. That's how we take back our power. They rose to power by silencing critical thought. We rise above it by encouraging critical thinking and questioning this ideology.
