So does this set precedent then? Does this mean ALL schools allowing men to compete with women are officially in violation? Does this END the insanity? Or each school has to file.

<Today, Concerned Women for America (CWA) received notice that the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has resolved CWA’s civil rights complaint in women’s sports against Franklin Pierce University (FPU). OCR agreed with CWA that FPU’s transgender sports participation and inclusion policy is in violation of Title IX, which prohibits discrimination in educational programs and activities, including athletics, on the basis of sex.>

Not sure how the Equality act will impact title IX.

I still dream of a world where the Equality Act goes on the dust bin of history, unsigned!

It acknowledges gender identity as a protected class and says gender identity pertains to bathrooms, shelters, school sports, all of it.

I wonder when this is going to affect the recruitment of female athletes to colleges. If I was looking at schools, and the school had TIMs on their women’s teams, they’d be off my list. Since big colleges are all about sports, maybe this will peak them. Or they will just recruit all the second rate female athletes for the women’s teams.
