I don't usually post here, so I apologize if this is inappropriate.

I just learned that LGBDropTheT has been set to private on SaidIt. Does anyone have any news on why this was done? Is it just for Pride month or is it permanent?

Thanks in advance.

Oh no, that's so sad. I was offline yesterday, so I didn't see that.

I really enjoyed that community, and I'll definitely miss it. It was one of the few spaces where LGB people could work together to protect our community from the T. The only other LGB space I knew of like that is r/lesbigay on Reddit, but it seems to have died too.

Does anyone have screenshots/an archive? I’m curious to see the dispute there. I originally come here from that saidit and noticed that there were not a lot of lesbian users or radfems which is why I migrated here

I couldn't find anything on archive.org, archive.today, rDrama, or Kiwi Farms. If there are any other places that might have screenshots, please let me know.

u/CriminallyCritical, do you have any screenshots?

Yeah, DropTheT had lots of gay men and bisexuals as well as some distrust towards radfems, but it seemed that some of the most prolific users, as well as the mods, were lesbians. Either way, it definitely is a loss because they had lots of great discussions on TRA homophobia and child transition.

That’s why it surprises me that a woman saying “lesbians struggle with being pressured to not say they don’t like men” caused controversy and people shouted her down and told her to sleep with men? It’s such an off color TRA thing to do.
