So what I've noticed, the letters in dark mode are not white but some shade of off white. This makes it pretty hard to read. Can we make all the letters white and purple?

I like the dark mode but I don't like the color of the type either, I wish we could have amber or green text.

Agreed, it sucks. This is probably the only place I don't use dark mode. I have to turn the brightness way up to read the text, then if you click out of the website you get blinded. Lol It would be better with a dark grey background and white text.

I only recently started getting into dark mode and how wonderful it is but ovarit is basically the only place where it's just not working properly

I like dark mode this way. A brighter white with higher contrast would be harder on the eyes. Maybe they could have several options if there are a lot of requests.

Personally I am a fan of the dark mode as is, but coud see the argument for a warmish pale orange color font for a little more contrast. If I open Ovarit in dark mode during the day it is hard to read but I appreciate it after dark, ha.

At night, I use a program to dim my screen and that makes dark mode even harder to use but I don't want to turn off my program that helps my eyes in general for just one website

Oof I just turned on dark mode and I see what you mean. I just use light mode with my browser automatically inverting the colors, it's easier for me to read.

How do you do that?

It depends on your browser - I only really use Dark mode on mobile - which I use a small browser called "kiwi browser" that has a bunch of built in themes for Night mode. I personally use a gray one which is a bit easier on the eyes than straight black. I tested it in chrome and Firefox and it seems the dark mode there does not override the Ovarit light mode, but Opera gave me the option to force Dark mode on all websites however it only comes in harsh black.

(Kiwi browser has no affiliation with the infamous website).
