I'd like to know too. I tried to use shift and control to upload multiple images, but it didn't work. I wish we could post images in comments too.

It's probably not possible. Selecting a new file replaces the previously selected file.
Tip: you can go to the Radfemmery circle and try to post there, without submitting the post for real, just to try things out.

On the right side of the page there's the grey "Submit post" button. Click on that. Depending on the circle you're posting in, there should be an "upload file" radio button. Underneath that is the post title, and underneath that one there's the "Browse" button which allows you to select a file.
From what I just discovered not all circles allow images posts, so it also depends on what circle you're posting in. If the circle doesn't allow image posts, the "upload file" radio button won't be available.
