Seriously, in the article below, they decided to interview a man about the fairness of other men competing against women. As a retired male athlete, of course he can be like "uhhh nah that's transphobic" because it doesn't affect him at all. Him being against it is only going to help him get internet points and he has nothing to lose.

Also, he says that the 2 TIMs already in the Olympics did badly sooo it should be fine, right??

NO

WHY WERE THEY EVEN ON THE OLYMPICS TO BEGIN WITH.

It makes me so angry.

I love how people act like losing at the Olympics doesn't mean a TIM had an unfair advantage. Like people just walk into the Olympics, they haven't beat out hundreds, if not thousands, of women to get there.

Ask him why Quinn competed on the women's soccer team instead of the men's.

So many men just blindly support the trans agenda, simply because it doesn’t affect them at all and they get good boy points for it.

They don’t have to deal with women stealing their scholarships, sports awards, etc. They don’t find women in their spaces threatening, if anything they like it. And gay men can freely proclaim they don’t like vaginas and no one cares because females aren’t nearly as pushy as males.

This trans bullshit is a female problem and the men have abandoned us to deal with it.

He doesn't even have his fact straight. Three TIMs took women's spots at the Tokyo Olympics: Laurel Hubbard and Stephanie Barrett, both of whom competed, and Chelsea Wolfe, who went as an alternate.

And "Laurel" was out of shape and more than 20 years older than anyone else competing in weightlifting, man or woman.

Should I tell him like? Like "um excuse me how dare you erase our Queen Stephanie Barrett!!!"

This is exactly why TRAs operate behind the scenes to gain accommodations without input from the public. Once the public becomes aware of TIMs preying on women, stealing awards from women, grooming kids, etc., their "allies" can then claim that it's unfair to take away their "rights". It's similar to the pattern of: "that's not happening," "that's happening, but it's rare", "that happens a lot, it's good, and it should happen more". Anyone making these arguments knows what they're doing, and they identify as being reasonable.

This is one topic in which I'd rather TIFs got the spotlight because it's relatively difficult to find successful TIF athletes in men's sports. The way they talk about their personal experiences is drastically different.
