I thought the romances were extraneous for a kids show but I can understand how Yaz & Sammy's relationship is important. At least their relationship felt earned unlike another couple...

Overall I really enjoyed the show and am kinda sad it's over. I watched Dominion after we finished CC and was pleased with how well it tied into the movie franchise, even though Dominion was a disaster plot-wise. Anyone else a fan of CC and want to discuss?

Originally started watching this with my dino obsessed kid but the show is surprisingly good. Characters are well fleshed out with good character development. It's got a fun storyline, especially since I've been a sucker for "kids surviving on their own" plotlines since I was young. I thought the romances were extraneous for a kids show but I can understand how >!Yaz & Sammy's relationship!< is important. At least their relationship felt earned unlike another couple... Overall I really enjoyed the show and am kinda sad it's over. I love CC too! I also started watching it with my dino-loving daughter, but I have watched the last couple of seasons by myself. I am a huge JP fan, and I thought this was a great extension of the franchise. I am not usually a fan of cartoons, but I enjoyed CC's cartoon style a lot - the dinosaurs in particular!

I agree entirely that the characters have great development over the course of the show. And the situations they regularly ended up in show them growing together in a natural way, which I really liked. All in all, would definitely recommend for lovers of the JP franchise!

I hope they extend the show and do another series with the kids as young adults dealing with dinos taking over the "real world". The ending was wonderful, how they did the time skip and showed their development even further. I'm glad the creators didn't drag it out, but I'm attached to the characters now :').
