I was re-watching season four of Stranger Things, the scene where Erica tells off Eddie for questioning her qualifications [S4E1@58:21min]. When she finishes, Eddie puts on this one smile, and in a flash, my brain realizes that’s Billy Knight from Lethal White in JK’s Cormoran Strike book (by far the best, duh)/television series!

He pulls the same smile when Cormoran tells him he did a great job as a kid [S4E4@55:59min].

Just made me pleased to see a link between two favourite things. Anyone else see it?

I have accepted Eddie Munson as my lord and savior and as God's attonement for creating all other men.

I also 100% support and old school AD&D lore Kas Revival of his delicious booty in s5.

My personal pet theory is that all of the people that Vecna has taken are in his upside down house, ‘spiderwebbed’ up, and you can see him feeding off of them in season four. I think in season five we’re going to get every single person who he’s ever killed come back to life in that world and take him down with 11’s help. So, Eddie too ❤️

I don’t think Eddie would count since he wasn’t directly killed by Vecna, but I’m here for Chrissy kicking some ass while yelling, “This is for you, Eddie!”

Also, I think Will is going to be Kas. He’s got the biggest connection to the Upside Down and is so full of sad boy feelings.

I hope so. Still have not forgiven them for killing him off so unnecessarily. They lucked out with the actor, he really was the one making the character what he is. They should have realized they could do so much more with him than they have.

When he was first introduced I didn’t like him. That’s because I typically don’t like whenever a show attempts to infuse a character and “make us (or other characters) love” them. I’m loyal to the OGs 😆 but, he grew o me and I was shocked they so quickly killed him

At this point I’d literally take “surprise, they hid him away in a hospital in witness protection this whole time!” lazy kind of thing, to be honest. They just need to right this wrong of killing him off for no reason / for stupid shock value.
