Yeah. Look I'll use their new names, and outside of Ovarit I'll call them she, but it doesn't alter the fact that they are males, that they had many achievements while living in unmodified male bodies with male names and male pronouns, and that the very fact that they are TRANS women means they are, at absolute best, a Special Kind of Category Of Women Who Are Not Women But Who Live As If They Are Women (Except For How Their Decades Of Male Socialisation Keep Popping Up). Caitlin Jenner was, what, 65 or so before transitioning? Even if he DID feel like a lady 40 years ago and take hormones for a bit, he was wandering round the place being Olympian Bruce Jenner producing many children from the sperm of his penis, and there is no point in DENYING that.

I can't help but notice that when we say "she" about a person we want to think of as a victim on some level that it engenders a lot more sympathy than "he". I find myself feeling some kind of empathy for "Chelsea" as "she" that I cannot feel for Manning as a dude. I feel that there are SOME trans types who absolutely use this.
