Simultaneously saying it’s “perfectly normal and natural” but also a “massive birth defect”

How do people still buy into this shit?

What makes me irate is that it assumes all birth defects obviously should be corrected. Some can't be, and for others, the "correction" is worse than just living with it. How about we just be accepting of people's natural bodies instead???

This is so insulting to people who are born with condition that are physically limiting. Being born able bodied is not a birth defect.

So...there is such a thing as male and female bodies? What makes it a birth defect in some folx, but not others?

Dealing with a massive birth defect is anything but joyful even if you can fix it

The concept of "correcting" in any sense to do with human nature or the body gives me chills.

No correcting needs to be done. There was nothing incorrect about you in the first place India.

If it’s “perfectly natural and normal” why is it like a “massive birth defect” requiring surgery?

I mean, I guess you could call a cleft palate "perfectly natural" in the same way you could call arsenic "perfectly natural."

Yes, and conveniently forget like Mr Willie-O’Pee that it may be natural, but it’s anything but normal, and it makes it very hard to function healthily, hence the surgery ...

Honestly the only implant this tosser needs is a brain implant.

But they are trying to jump on the lgb bandwagon with that slogan, and everyone knows it.

There was no defect in the body that needed to be corrected, you fucking moron. Also, "correcting" your entire fucking body no longer counts as a "defect", that's literally redoing the human body over. Stop playing god.

No fucking baby is born trans because no baby is born in the wrong body.

It's so perfect and natural that it requires a lifetime of pharmaceuticals and invasive, complicated genital surgery to correct! Yay, so joyous and liberating.

TIPs and their allies: "I swear, we're not conflating sex and gender!"

Meanwhile, India:

"For those who transition, changing sex is just like correcting a massive birth defect."

Also, if the map of reality doesn't match reality, you update the map, not try and change reality to fit the map. That is, if you have any kind of body dysmorphia issues you work on the mental models in your mind that maps your body, not try and change the body to fit your mental model of it.

trans babies. OMFG. meaning there are trans fetuses. and trans embryos. not born in the wrong body but...somehow developed into the wrong embryonic form?

And now I envision the idea of being assigned trans at birth, i.e. ATAB. Is that a thing yet? Obviously NBs must be doing ANBAB already...
