I gotta give her that - the fatness makes her pass better. I wouldn't have thought she was female from the small avatar picture.
But yeah, it makes one wonder ... being a fat, short man seems to be a better deal than being a fat girl in patriarchy.
Edit: Wait, is that really the same person in the avatar and the hospital bed? The one in the hospital bed has dark hair? And you can't dye a beard that red colour convincingly, I am pretty sure.
Dark hair, red beard is not an uncommon thing in white people.
She said in another tweet that these procedures happened many years ago (which only makes me more ill, knowing how long they've been doing this to kids)... She might be in her 20s/30s? I thought it was quite common for dark haired men to have ginger beards, guess it applies to women too. I can totally believe it's the same person, testosterone can really change a woman's appearance (and body in general...).
There were some older children being medicalized on the same 20/20 program that Jazz Jennings was featured on in 2007. So it's been happening at least as long as that.

One was 17 year old girl who had already been given testosterone, but she still had her breasts. She apparently socially transitioned in 2004 at the age of 14, but her parents were not happy about it. After self-harming, the parents allowed testosterone at 16. It's unclear what type of therapy she was given, if any. Her story starts at 32:21 in the video above. That fucking evil Johanna Olson-Kennedy shows up, gleefully cheering on this young girl's medicalization.
I'm not sure double mastectomies were being performed on minors at that time, though. I wish we had a definite date for when that started. If this Twitter user is in her early to mid 20s, the timeline for underage surgery would make sense. Jeremy, the 17 year old girl in the video, would be 32 now. I wonder what's happened to her.
I agree for the most part, but there's a TIF I went to high school with who was conventionally beautiful, thin, large breasts (saying this because it's what males value). I think she transed because of the constant male sexual attention and sexualization, but I can't say for sure. But yeah, most prominent Twitter TIFs look like the one in the OP.

Please tell me what's the difference. I don't see any. This is pure delusion. We're letting mentally ill teenagers run the world. Claiming that existing in a female body would have killed her is just offensive to people with real health problems and women in general.
I really, really hope that I won’t be around when all these women start getting early onset dementia because of what’s been done to their bodies. Because I was under 40 at the time, the importance of taking HRT was really drilled into me before my hysto with bilateral oophorectomy. Estrogen is so fucking important to the young female body.
Also, wasn’t it just a minute ago when they were saying that no children were medically transitioning? That minors getting their breasts removed NeVeR hApPeNs?
Can you imagine getting your 14 year old daughter a breast enhancement for her birthday? But we have parents letting their daughters do this.

Also you're not going to be a normal teenager. You might look like a fat boy but you're not the same physically as other boys. Every person you date needs to know this. You can't pee standing up without a device like the other boys.
How on earth does having your breasts cut off save your life? This is someone who needed therapy. It's ridiculous that doctors are promoting body modifications as the solution to mental health issues. JFC.
I'm so old that I remember when it usually did, because mastectomy used to be a treatment for fucking metastatic breast cancer.

That's odd, why was she able to wait until 18 for the hysterectomy without literally dropping dead? Almost like she's just repeating what the groomers taught her: double mastectomy as a minor or else you die; hysterectomy can wait until the age of consent. The cult decides which organs you need to have removed as a child to survive.
The TRA declaration: "Women" can have penises, but "men" will die if they can't take steroids and chop their breasts off before the age of consent.
Exactly. They can also live with their sexually dimorphic smaller hands, smaller jaw lines, lack of brow ridge, still get pregnant and give birth and breastfeed, and all the multitudes of other things that make them women, eg every fucking cell in their body. But no just the breasts. 🙄 It's a delusion.
