Wtf?! Can you see what it says? It’s a bit too blurry for me to read it!

Balenciaga is a century-old luxury fashion house based in Spain, selling products few of us are likely to be able to afford even if we wanted to. Think Melania Trump and such for clients.

Their Wikipedia page has a bit more information on this disgusting ad campaign:

Child Porn Gate In November of 2022 an image posted to their Instagram account showed a very young Child holding a teddy bear dressed in Bondage and Discipline, Dominance and Submission, and Sadomasochism [39]. On the coffee table in the image, were court papers for NewYork v Ferber, 458 U.S. 747 (1982), was a landmark decision of the U.S Supreme Court, unanimously ruling that the First Amendment to the United States Constitution did not forbid states from banning the sale of material depicting children engaged in sexual activity, even if the material was not obscene. As of this writing, no explanation has been given.

Their source is this NY Post article. Archive here.

Wonder how long the Wikipedia paragraph will last.

I only started seeing this brand within the last couple years. I hated it instantly. It's ugly and unimaginative. No surprise at all it quickly became one of the darling brands for vapid stupid American celebrities.

Well I don’t think I have ever bought anything from this company and now I sure as fuck never will.
