I've been in a food rut and I think I want some printed cook books to try to get out. Any recommendations?

I love Sarah Kramer's cookbooks. I have La Dolce Vegan and How It All Vegan, and I'm working up to getting all of them. I find her recipes delicious and easy to follow. I live in a mixed household, often feeding teenagers, and find that her dishes appeal to non-vegans too. There's a good range of additional fun stuff, like popcorn toppings, vegan cleaning methods, a soup that's more of a cure-what-ails-you potion, and how to make your own tempeh.

I still get a lot of use out of my old Moosewood Cookbook and The Enchanted Broccoli Forest, even though they are vegetarian cookbooks.
