You are right to not fall for headlines without understanding the context. Here is what I found. First of all, this was back in October 2019 and it's based on what Warren said on her Twitter:

I’ll also push for landmark new anti-discrimination legislation to protect workers from harassment. And I am open to decriminalizing sex work. Sex workers, like all workers, deserve autonomy and are particularly vulnerable to physical and financial abuse.

She adds in her website:

I am also open to decriminalizing sex work. Sex workers, like all workers, deserve autonomy and are particularly vulnerable to physical and financial abuse and hardship.

I am guessing that it is purposely very vague. It's hard to know what she means exactly. She does however support the Equality Act and doesn't realize how it affects women. From the previous Twitter thread:

First, I will fight to pass the Equality Act to explicitly ban anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination. But we can’t wait on Congress. In my first 100 days as president, I’ll use every legal tool we have to make sure that LGBTQ+ people can live free from discrimination.

From Warren's website:

First, I will fight to pass the Equality Act to explicitly guarantee that no LGBTQ+ person in America is discriminated against for who they are or who they love.

(...)

I will increase federal enforcement and investigations into anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination, so that these rights are part of LGBTQ+ people’s lived experience.

(...)

I will also make it easier to change identification documents to reflect a person’s gender identity.

(...)

I will direct the Bureau of Prisons to end the Trump Administration’s dangerous policy of imprisoning transgender people in facilities based on their sex assigned at birth and ensure that all facilities meet the needs of transgender people, including by providing medically necessary care, like transition-related surgeries, while incarcerated.

(...)

We must repeal the Hyde Amendment and the Trump Administration’s discriminatory domestic gag rule, fully support Title X family planning funding, and push for LGBTQ+ inclusive sex education.

Thanks. It's worse than I feared on the inequality act. It took me a minute to figure out if it was really that bad myself, and I'm a TERF. I am sure she is not hearing our voices. I am going to have to write to her, I think.
