"My hearing to determine remedy at the Employment tribunal is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, next week- 13-14th February.
Unfortunately our attempts to agree appropriate recommendations and compensation with WCC and SWE without having to go to the hearing have not proved fruitful. We are now forced to incur further costs and another two days in Court.
The hearing will determine any compensation claims, as well as any other actions and recommendations we will be asking the tribunal to consider making. I will be asking the tribunal to make orders and recommendations which should help protect all social workers, and prevent people going through what I have had to go through.
I cannot thank you enough for all your support so far.
Unfortunately, there is still a shortfall to cover my costs for the upcoming hearing.
