There was some meta discussion in another thread recently about what would improve your experience on this website, and one of the things mentioned was that more posts and discussion in this circle would be nice, since reddit's crafting subs are so overrun with TRA nonsense.

But since we also have to worry about privacy concerns, it's understandable that we might be hesitant to post project photos here because they could be identifiable. Still, I wanted to try and stir up some more discussion here, so I've come up with some discussion starters. I have some more up my sleeve that I'll post over the coming days or weeks.

What crafts do you do? How long have you done them, and how did you get interested in them originally? What do you like about your chosen craft(s)? How would you describe your skill level in your chosen craft(s)?
