They-by Kay Dick.

It is a horror near future Sci fi that takes place in the UK. A future where independent thought and expression of it has become illegal. Artists and art collectors are hounded and tortured/killed for their work.

I would highly recommend it. Tried ordering it from an independent bookstore but they cancelled on me so I will reccomend amazon. Where I got two copies. One for me and one for my feminist friend

For Sci fi lovers, feminists and people who don't like totalitarianism and forced speech.

This is a brilliant, but disturbing book.

Ekstra bonus. Kay Dick was apparently a lesbian. Although she is frustratingly introduced as a queer woman in the new foreword
