I have a knack for buying books that are on very heavy topics such as mental health, trauma, abuse, etc. I see no problem with this, but from time to time, I like to take breaks from reading books like those. I need something to help me decompress the heaviness of reading some of those books, so I'd like to ask for book recommendations from you all. I want to read children's books because they seem more free with the imagination, and they aren't usually bogged down by themes of real-life romance.
