I'm trying to take a break from all of my social media phone info deluge right now (rereading Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport and it hits really differently for me now than the first time I read it before the pandemic when I didn't have a phone/internet/dopamine addiction.) But I am allowed to read so I thought a long form book would be a good way to keep my hand in, as it were, on these issues without my normal doomscrolling of ovarit and twitter.
Any ideas? I also have When Harry Became Sally downloaded, but that was mostly just as a protest when Amazon pulled it from their shelves.
