Lately I realized that I had been neglecting self-care a lot in my life. I've been steadily improving, but I wonder if there are gaps in my knowledge in this domain. I love to read books, does anyone know of any books that are helpful when it comes to learning how to prioritize and do self-care?

I might definitely buy the first one, but I think it's not as "self-care basics" like the last two.
