Post has been deleted, now I can't access it to post it in the right group

My post has been deleted for being in the wrong group. Please could you briefly reinstate my post, so I can copy the text and title, and create a new post with each in a different group? I don't seem to have any way of retrieving the details from my post myself as it has been deleted.
