Comments not appearing in any category?

Is this a bug that’s happened with the new top/best/new choices for viewing comments? I’ve looked at several threads in which I’ve received replies, and neither my comments nor the replies are showing up at all, whichever list order I use. I know the comments exist ‘cos they’re in my notifications.
