Denver RTD employees were threatened with firing if they object to male employees in female employees' locker rooms.
Posted December 28, 2022 by freeradicalwoman in Cancelled

A man who works for Denver's transportation system ( @RideRTD ) said he 'identifies' as a woman. RTD immediately granted him access to all female employee spaces such as changing rooms. Some women complained and were threatened with the sack for doing so, or if they go to the media. Additional information: Even though there is a union where employees can file a complaint, employees say union leadership is dominated by pro-TRA's.

Um, on top of the fucked up situation of government sexual harassment, this is a serious case of violation of the female employee's First Amendment right by threatening them against talking to the media. RTD is a government agency. They cannot infringe on their employees's right to free speech protected under the Constitution. I don't have Twitter but can someone please pass that message along?

Yes, it is government sanctioned sexual harassment and endangerment.

Fingers crossed they sue! 🤞

These women should request a third "AFAB Space". Claim its for the "disability" of being physically weaker than males. I don't like classifying female as a disability. But if it gets us a space of our own, we might be able to use the ADA to our advantage

They wanna play, then play.

The level of regression we have seen for women's rights in the past 5 years is stunning.

You know what drives me fucking nuts? I live in the area and have never heard of this. And the only report is a damned Twitter post? The only place this is reported is Twitter? I did google. Women who work for the bus company don't have any organization looking out for them seeing as all the damned women's organizations have rolled over and had Twans Wights tickle their tummy. Meanwhile the Trans rights lobby have a lot of money. These working class women are fucked. We're all fucked.

Isn’t Denver transit having retention problems because of how rough a lot of the routes are? But they’ll fire numerous female employees to protect one TIM. Typical.

I also hear you about media blackouts. It happens a lot in my area and not just regarding trans issues. Almost anything that makes progressives look bad is suppressed unless it’s too serious to ignore. Most of the heinous stuff that happened at CHAZ I only know of because of social media.

I can't find any news on this. The Denver news is all woke. RTD has a union. It is run by white, male woke beards. If women want to work in Denver, they have to keep their mouths shut.

They are in a union, so there is structure and documentation around the complaint and resolution process. The best path forward is to make a formal complaint of sexual harassment, along with documentation requesting single-sex accommodations for changing areas. Then let the process unfold. Nothing gets solved with nebulous ‘they threatened us’ claims. Do everything in writing, work the process, and then pursue legal remedies and media disclosure if the union refuses to address permitting males in work places where women have a reasonable expectation of being free from male gaze and nudity.

I realize this may come across as “”Easy for you to say. Your job isn’t on the line.” And that’s true. I’d like to think that if I had the protection of a union AND men were allowed in the women’s locker room at my work, I would have the courage to raise my hand. I hope some of these women will take action. I totally get concerns about the TRA response, but there is also significant support amongst the broad population for single sex changing rooms and restrooms, and I think these women would tap into that. Transgender ideology is built on lies and stupidity and if we start taking some swings, it will crumble.

They can go ahead and then those women can take it to court. They want to play games like this? Let it be national news.

pennygadgetDecember 28, 2022

As much as I would love to see it, a lot of these women likely don't want to be the center of such a heated political battle (especially if they know the depths TRAs will sink to in order to ruin their lives)

shewolfoffranceDecember 28, 2022

Yes. TRAs have no scruples about going after someone's children or other family members.

proudcatladyDecember 29, 2022

And who can afford a court battle? Not women

pennygadgetDecember 29, 2022

Anyone who has ever dealt with a court battle knows that its an expensive, emotionally draining slog even if you win. I don't blame anyone who would rather not do it

Oh those poor women. "You shut up or we will fire you over this"

Somebody local, please find a way to make a fuss. Letters? To whom? Is the newspaper genderwoo? If we can help, let us know. Not sure letters from far away would help, but a gofundme for a lawsuit can be accessible to all of us.

CaeruleaDecember 28, 2022

There must be a way to make a lawsuit over that one.

RighteousIndignationDecember 28, 2022

they should all quit

If the women were prisoners of war, this would literally be a WAR CRIME.
