This is the tweet that got Dee Snider cancelled:

“You know what? There was a time where [sic] I ‘felt pretty’ too. Glad my parents didn’t jump to any rash conclusions! Well said, @ PaulStanleyLive.”

Dee? Did you just say that so you could get out of performing at a shitty PRIDE event?

pennygadgetMay 4, 2023

I would say whatever I had to in order to get out of visiting San Francisco. 🤣

Eventually the T will alienate absolutely everyone outside of the bloohair, polycule queer-farm and finally commence to eating each other alive.

It’s uncanny and terribly sad seeing a group of people creating a real life Lord of the Flies scenario among themselves without at least crashing on a deserted island first.

They'd die within an hour if they crashed on a deserted island because their mothers wouldn't be around to cook their hot pockets

Which one is Piggy? Is it the Aidens?

AlexiaresMay 4, 2023

That’s the first thing they’d fight over!

Ave_LucifugeMay 4, 2023

Sucks to your HRT!

My sentiment exactly.

I honestly don't even know how they keep those people around. Literally all of it screams narcissistic personality disorder to me

They already eat each other alive anyone who slightly falls out of goosestep its branded "Transphobic" expelled and hated, they are self destructive in every way, stuck in an ever decreasing circle until the last one disappears up his own arsehole.

It's so frustrating because these are examples of actually liberated men who defy stereotypes and are unapologetically themselves. Dare I say it, guys like Dee Snider and Paul Stanley are actually stunning and brave.

I agree wholeheartedly

The TRA’s are absolutely barking, raving mad if that sensible comment about “Feeling pretty” sent them into a hissy fit.

These TRA’s are so over sensitive to absolutely anything they perceive as a “ Slight”- Yet they fully support a male in a pink cycling helmet winning a women’s Cycling category, robbing women of their rightful placings .

They should take a long, hard look at themselves.

pennygadgetMay 4, 2023

Not to mention how they rush to defend the "right" of male rapists to be locked in cages with women

It's 2023. A large portion of the human population falls victim to a social contagion where they believe they're really not their sex. Kids are given surgeries to appear as the other sex.The gay and lesbian community especially experience either pressure to conform to heterosexual reltions or transition to appear heterosexual. A massive silencing and canceling of women against this social contagion occurs in exodus. Just saying the word female is enough to get you branded an apostate. The author of the Harry Potter books comes out of left field stating she thinks male people who think they're women and women are two different things. Australian government writes to a website with under 10,000 users who are against the social contagion asking them to delete a post about a man who thinks he's a woman because it sounded mean. Male metalheads come out in support of countering the social contagion, from bands KISS and Twisted Sister.

Really, though, it is so funny and awesome to me that the collective male subgroup to come out in defense of gender critical thought are the metal heads. 🤘🔥

This sounds like the plot of a novel that I'd have passed over for being too out there in 2000.

sunhatpatMay 4, 2023

Doesn't it, though? Thanks for writing this. You made me laugh out loud!

CaeruleaMay 5, 2023

100%. I still find it unbelievable. And then I meet a real-life TRA or TIM to remind me that it is, in fact, still real and still that bad.

JehaneMay 4, 2023

Metal heads are, in fact, amongst the most tolerant people I've ever known, and in some subgenres of metal, like goth, it is completely normal for men to wear tons of make-up or skirts. The wonderful thing about being a metal head is that people will accept you for who you are, no matter what you look like, because it's the music that unites us.

Also, what these people slamming Paul Stanley and Dee Snider are completely neglecting is the subgenre of hair metal. Bands like Mötley Crüe and Poison wore more (well-done) make-up and hairspray than I've ever owned in my entire life (plus some really awesome funky clothes), and they, too, gave a fuck about stereotypes, just like Paul Stanley and Dee Snider. Metal has always been about non-conformity, to a certain degree, and that's something the TRAs are completely ignoring, too.

I was also an active alternative in my younger days, and it was a wonderful community. When I went to the club, the men there were respectful to the women and kept their distance and left us in peace. Even if they were drinking. We could just go out and dance and have fun in peace without being bothered by anyone. It was the only place that would happen, and it was consistent.

JehaneMay 5, 2023

Same here. My friends and I never had to worry about men putting some drug or other in our drinks, and to this day, the metal community is really awesome. People take care of each other, and I've never, not once, seen a full-fledged fight. I remember us taking one of our friends to a concert, she was I think seven months pregnant, huge metal head herself. The people at the concert were amazing. None of them knew her, but they all made sure that she was given enough space, that no one accidentally bumped into her, and they kept asking if she was ok. Same with another friend who had to rely on crutches after her knee was badly injured. People just made room for her, asked if she could see the band alright, and just with our pregnant friend before, people were just very considerate and made sure my friend wasn't hurt.

jeannedarcMay 4, 2023

Actual based rock star behavior from these two. Hope they never walk it back.

[Deleted]May 4, 2023

I dont think Dee is gonna take it.

DabitchMay 4, 2023

I see what you did there.

ShadowChildMay 4, 2023

Good for him

GenevieveMay 4, 2023

Can't be. They're super oppressed. They don't have the power to do such a thing! /s

They're less than 2% of the population, yet they're so catered to. Their poor feefees! Dee gave them the sads! How dare he???

They're going to alienate everyone and I'm looking forward to it.

a_shrubMay 4, 2023(Edited May 4, 2023)

Remember when it was supposed to be less than 0.2% of the population or something, then suddenly a social contagion didn't happen, we promise.

LepistaNudaMay 4, 2023

This never happens...

[Deleted]May 4, 2023

Honestly though if Pride is for gay/queer people, why hire straight musicians? I'm sure Dee bas other gigs.

pennygadgetMay 4, 2023

They probably saw his long hair and fun costumes and assumed he was trans/queer. 🤣

[Deleted]May 4, 2023

Him and just about every 80s hair metal band musician out there must be kweer then. 🤣

they probably can't find any gay people to perform, I mean honestly who under 35 even knows who twisted sister is?

Pride is increasingly loathed worldwide as just a parade of perverts and narcissistic kids.

pennygadgetMay 4, 2023

They did him a favor. San Francisco is a shit hole these days.

[Deleted]May 4, 2023(Edited May 4, 2023)

Whoops. I hope Dee doesn't back down, but considering his previous progressive stances on other topics, I worry he might.
