Erica Faginski-Stark, current director of curriculum, has just lost out on a second job because of Facebook posts from 2021 that supported women’s sports. (Erica Faginski-Stark herself is a former Division 1 track athlete throwing discus, hammer and shot put.)
First, she was rejected for a superintendent position in April, and now she has been rejected for an assistant superintendent position, even though she was the top candidate in both cases. She apologized and expressed regret for her Facebook posts, but that wasn’t enough for the witch hunters. It looks like she’ll never be able to find a job in Massachusetts again.

Funny how some TiMs can be actual criminals with zero qualifications (besides being trans) and virtue signaling organizations fall over themselves to hire them. Meanwhile, women who are not criminals and are immensely qualified, are rejected for employment because they posted the “wrong” opinion (that sex matters!) and TRAs will never let them forget it! 🤡🌎
It’s bad enough that trans ghouls are coming for our safe spaces, but they are coming for our employment, too. Make no mistake, all of this is to ensure that women can’t have any public life or autonomy.

This is absolutely the intent. Let that sink in.
I’ve been saying this since 2015. The end game of both sides is women returning to chattel status.
Just this morning I heard a financial report stating certain grocery items were up…. Amoung them frozen foods, like prepackaged dinners. Up 20 percent. Fast food bleats “ nobody wants to work” while their quality drops below abysmal levels and their prices rise. What do lower - middle class women rely on during the week to feed their families? Frozen and fast food.
Does anyone else see the irony that Massachusetts was the home of the original American witch hunts and now it’s home to the “new and improved” witch hunts? It’s true what they say about those that don’t learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
Shows all the good apologizing does. Never capitulate, it only emboldens them.
Like many here I don't EVER post with my real name and change names for every account. I also don't do Facebook or any of that stuff. A really dedicated hacker could probably find me but a casual search by HR isn't gonna turn up anything aside from official interaction.
I’ve applied to over 200 jobs since March and am still unemployed. I sometimes wonder if something like this is why…
If you have controversial posts under your real name, regardless of what it's about, it might be.
I tend to keep politics far away from my personal socials just because it can backfire like that.
I don't have controversial posts, but I have "liked" things on IG that are "controversial" or my twitter username is my personal name and pretty terfy but it's on private now. So unless it's cached somewhere? Ugh.
I’ve heard from many people who’ve had trouble finding work. Hundreds of resumes and a handful of callbacks. They can’t all be thought criminals.
That makes me feel better. Apparently it’s the worst job market since 2008. 😔
“BUt nOboDy WAntS tO WOrk”
Are you in a liberal state? Perhaps people are fleeing restrictive abortion laws by applying to jobs in those blue states, hence jamming those jobs with hundreds of applicants.
Of course they will then be caught in the Gender Blender. They don’t realize this of course.
I’m in a blue state, yeah, with a good amount of red though so maybe purple-ish? You may be right about that trend. Ugh. But good news- I signed with a company a few days ago! 200+ applications since March and I finally have a job again!
I have no doubts that TIMs I work with have stalked all of my social media accounts looking for ammo to use against me. Though I'm careful not to be gc at work, I am a lesbian and I'm cautious to not let them integrate themselves with me despite their attempts. If my employer caught wind of anything pro-woman or pro-lesbian on my social media, I would be fired and blackballed from the industry (tech) before I could even launch the zoom meeting.
They absolutely want to destroy any woman that refused to capitulate.
Me too, sister. I don't have any social media tied to my name, and I never go to personal sites while connected to the work network. I drive them crazy: over a decade there, and none of my coworkers know very much about me, especially the TIMs, who are Mean Girls level obsessed with me. Also tech.
They know I like cute baby animals, classical music, and baking bread. That's on purpose, what I've let them see.
Insane. And people wonder why I don't really post on social media.
I don't want to give ANYONE ammo against me that they don't need. Any info is ammo in a world that hates women and lesbians.
If those coworkers could get you fired for refusing to hang out with them, they absolutely would.
Everyone wants to joke on the anime profile pictures but I use them for my TERFy stuff on Twitter. I have multiple social medias that are my anonymous version where I’m careful not to even say what city or state I’m in. I use Talkatone the app to verify if it requires a separate phone number
I have 2 Twitter accounts. One is obviously feminine and the other is often assumed to be run by a man (though I'm careful in my language to never lie about my sex).
Guess which account has never been suspended, despite them both roughly saying the same things? Same with reddit.
I'm openly GC on my Facebook, and my GC posts are public. I no longer care if they come for me, I'm right. But I also have options others don't have, and also don't mind being poor. If I never work another day because of it, I'm fine with that, I stood up for what is right. I can practice medicine back in Asia where it isn't full of stupid people perpetually online. My husband is in IT, but he thinks these guys are nuts too.
I use a different last name on my social media (sounds weird but my middle name can be a last name too) and so nobody from work finds me unless I want them to. I like it that way. Most people don’t know my middle name so if you search for “SailorVenus RealLastName” on Google you do not find me, but people who know me know I have gone by “SailorVenus MiddleName” and dropped the actual last name years ago. Only coworkers call me my legal name and it seems to have worked out really well for me honestly
