We were recently recommended a book for our course: Feminist Issues: Race, Class and Sexuality, 6th Canadian Edition, and I am wondering in anyone here has read it (any edition) and what do they think about the authors leaning?

No i haven't. None of the chapter authors sound familiar either, except Armstrong who i know personally. Though, i was just thinking the other day how class is rarely discussed now. It's very interesting. But, Race Class and Sex (sometimes Gender) was so ubiquitous a critique in feminism. I know hooks has mixed reception here, but she is right, Class Matters. Class is one you can somewhat fake and it really can overpower some other prejudices. We also have to move between classes throughout our lives, especially women who navigate multiple spaces with different class norms.
