Since I asked for suggestions in this thread, I thought I’d share what I was able to purchase with my $50 Amazon gift card. These were used but still in decent shape. Three were hardcovers (cheaper than paperback, somehow). One was an old library copy.

I also was able to buy a copy of Female Erasure thanks to a gift card obtained through one of those grocery receipt apps.
