Vaishnavi Sundar, the filmmaker behind "Dysphoric: Fleeing Womanhood Like A House on Fire," has launched wmfindia.com, a site for women filmmakers worldwide.

The first event will be conversation and Q&A with Vaishnavi and Nina about how best to portray 'female' in animation, given that 'female' is the most objectified item in media.

When posting an event, include the event name, location, date and time (with time zone), and cost, when applicable:

If not free, mention the price of event (fixed price or donation): Feminist Event [$5]

All feminist events are welcome, except those on health-related topics. Please be mindful of the Ovarit Sitewide Rules when discussing challenging or controversial content.
