This circle is for videos relating to anything and everything feminist or women-centered. Content creators themselves don't necessarily have to identify as feminist, but the content of the video must be broadly perceived to be feminist. Videos by male content creators or declared antifeminist content creators will be held to higher standards and may be removed at the discretion of the moderators to maintain the pro feminist intention of the circle.
Rules:

Relevance: Women's issues should be the primary focus. (videos about animals, diet related issues, etc. will be removed even if they involve gender)

Formatting: Do not change the title of linked videos. If you would like to provide some commentary on the video and/or why you posted it, please do so in a comment.

Promoting Infighting or Drama: Do not start or perpetuate infighting or drama. Disagreements must be civil and must be about the CONTENT of the video, not about the poster, other commenters, the site, etc.
The Sitewide Rules and Sitewide Guidelines are both enforced here.
Posts can be removed by mods for any reason for the health of the community including ones that don’t land or are confusing.

I'd put money on her feigning ignorance. Honestly one of my favorite tactics with them.
I had a TIF ask me if I supported JK Rowling before. I played the whole "oh what did she say card?", let her explain what she think Rowling said, and then I pulled up a screenshot of Rowling's actual tweet.
Not all heros wear capes.
(Or... were you wearing a cape?)

How did she react when she read the original tweet?
Lots of mumbling and then she claimed that JK Rowling could have said that trans-identifying males were women and left it at that. I told her that wasn't what JK was discussing, and she just kept repeating that line. Eventually I was like "okay have a nice day!" and left it at that.
This is a good tactic, it lets them talk themselves in circles with answers that they don't have.
If you don't do this, they'll give you a particular look that lets you know their brains have gone full screensaver mode. I hate it. It's like, a smirk that says "can you believe this", even if it's just the two of you in the room.
