What are your 2021 fitness and health goals? Mine is to cut back on sugar dramatically (my main weakness). I'm still eating fruit but I'm saying no to candy, cake etc. for 3 months. I want to get my sweet tooth under control since diabetes runs thru my family.

I love running but I kinda want to build my booty this year lol I'm not the biggest fan of leg and butt workout so I'm going to challenge my self more. I also want to challenge myself with more HIIT and ballet workouts. Here are some Youtube channels I'm feeling right now for motivation.
