I stopped working out for 9 months due to a shoulder injury and between that and gorging out during a cruise, I gained 10 lbs and lost my tone.
I'm getting back into working out again, and tried the Chloe Ting 14 day challenge (2020 version) and feel like it's really advanced for me, including the low impact exercises. I already hurt my knee and wrist two days in. She also does a lot of floor exercises and I prefer a mix of weight workouts. I need to work my way up slowly to even her most basic moves.
Anyone has alternative suggestions the Chloe Ting workouts that combines toning with fat loss? TIA
I use Team Body Project. They have some free videos on youtube, and a paid subscription
Maybe old, but I used to use Jillian Michaels videos back in the day that I am sure you can probably stream somewhere. They were pretty good. Challenging but not too much for someone inclined to be slothful like me.
