I'm down 7 kg from where I started, with about that much left to lose. I've let myself get into bad habits over the past several years, and want to get back to the good habits I once had. I used to work out six days a week and felt awesome. So much energy, ease of movement, no worries about moving heavy things, best I've ever felt. I want that again. I do have a number of chronic health concerns, though, so tempering my expectations, but I'm thrilled with what I have managed so far.
I've done well at maintaining a weightlifting streak.
Since I've started and the quit or fizzled out on weight lifting a few times, I've noticed that each time, I've had different mobility issues, strength imbalances, etc. Last time I worked really hard to balance an anterior pelvic tilt. This time I don't seem to be starting with that issue - I have different issues! Yay!
