I recently purchased a set of kettlebells (10lb, 15lb, and 20lb) to add some variety and intensity to my at home workouts. I have been using them for goblet squats, KB swings, deadlifts, and shoulder presses, while I use dumbbells (10lb, 15lb) for standing rows and lunges. Does anyone have any recommendations for additional kettlebell exercises that have been enjoyable and effective for you? I'd love to hear about your experiences and tips. Thank you in advance!
