Can anyone recommend any effective fitness/weight loss resources specifically for postmenopausal women? I've checked out Pahla B, and she recommends, basically, eating the same number of calories every day, but several people I know, including a friend of mine in her 60s, have had a lot of success with the 5:2 diet (I haven't been ready to try that, but I might be getting there).
I know this question isn't strictly speaking about 'fitness', but the fact that I've gained so much weight during lockdown is keeping me from feeling fit, strong and energetic enough to do even the physical things I'm accustomed to doing, much less challenging myself more physically, so I need to be addressing both issues at the same time.
