continuing meeting powerlifting weight goals. incorporate more cardio and core work. make it a habit to stretch after each workout again. oh and walk my dog longer! he's getting chonky.

I love being a petite woman and lifting 1-3x my body weight haha.

I just started fitness last week and was going to start Pilates today + a bit a of fitness before pilates. But I sprained my ankle at work today, so now my plans are set on hold 🙁

Anyway, once my ankle is back to normal, I'll start. I hope to recover and improve my strength and lose weight after pregnancy ☺️
