Recently started a job that involves a ton of walking and burned myself down to nothing without even realizing! I've always used fitness as a way to manage mental health rather than for body goals so I don't have a lot of ideas besides protein powder in smoothies and matcha lattes. If you have ideas for me that aren't Michael Phelps' and other Olympians' "four 10-piece Chicken Mcnuggets" I would love to hear them.
My current every day smoothie is: a big scoop of Vega vanilla protein powder (15g protein 110 cal), 2 scoops of collagen powder (18g protein 70 cal), a banana (110 cal 1g protein), 4-5 T peanut butter (14-17g protein 420-525cal), almond milk (1-2g protein 50 cal), and ice. But I'm running into the problem of feeling too full for the next meal - I know people use protein powder to lose weight too so idk if I'm doing this wrong.
I'm honestly not even looking to build muscle, simply sustain the mass I have during the fairly aerobic job I've picked for myself (edit: but if building muscle is the only way to stop dropping pant sizes I'm all ears). Advice appreciated!!
