Advice wantedJust found out I can get paid to work out 1-2 times per week

My work evidently has a benefit I did not know of (I think my supervisor was basically forced to bring it to my attention) of 80 hours per year to work out. So that is like an hour on T/Thurs every other week, and one hour on Wed on off weeks. There is a pretty good gym that I can use at work, too, I just never had time before (I tried, was not feasible).

With a kid at home and another on the way, commute times, and not much assistance with childcare outside of work/commute hours, I have totally stopped working out at all since my son was born. Honestly, I stopped before that because my work was crazy and I just didn't have time, also didn't have access to a decent gym or places to run back then, but I actually always loved being strong and exercising as a young woman.

I think my husband can handle me working out for an hour on Saturday and Sunday. I hated to only work out on weekends before, makes you so sore. So this actually makes an exercise routine feasible for me. I don't belong to a gym yet outside of work, but I should have access to one starting this spring when we start a pool membership. They put a bubble on and leave the gym open in the winter, so I could also add some swimming, potentially. I used to love to run and lift weights. I also used to do videos when gym access was a problem as a younger person, and could do that again.

Can anyone recommend a good routine to get back into the swing of things? I will probably start after my baby is born in a few months, although there is no time like the present of course. But I don't know about starting an exercise regimen while heavily pregnant. (Although I know if I had kept one up it would be helpful with labor.)

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
