I posted here earlier and got some very helpful advice so thank you all.
I read the resources you provided and one said that women needed shorter rest periods, but it didn't have the exact time. I was also reading that rest periods are necessary in order to actually build muscle back up after breaking it down, so I guess that means that it's bad to lift weights every day? I was too sore today so I took a rest day. Is one day probably fine to rebuild muscle fibers or should I give it a couple?
